Upgraded to QB '21 from my old '13 version. Tech and uprades were dropped and it would kick off every so often, so it was a matter of time. Installed the disc, put in the license and it dowloaded the program with all my data installed perfectly. Have three different accounts so I had to use a new password in each one, that was it. Has run for two months with no problems. Kinda pricey but losing my data made it worth it.

Not sure where all the complaints are coming from but here's one happy customer. I did buy this last year July and installed it on my business computer.

I called Tech support for some help and the young lady offered to register it for me while on the phone. I had to upgrade my computer September and bought one that did not have a CD drive. When I tried to enter my License number it was registered under another company.

They are telling me they cannot help me due to it being purchased through a third party sales and I will have to purchase again. They are telling me that even though I have proof of purchase, proof of when it is installed, proof of everything, they cannot and will not help me. I have to buy and pay for new quickbooks. One person found this helpful. Better to buy it from here, same price and arrived WITH a disk the next day or two.

Everything transferred perfectly from previous QB program I was using. Upgraded my Quickbooks! Love this software for business. Thankful for the disk.
